The Bride and Groom
Becky, the daughter of Tony Pimm and Caroline Macnab, first had the pleasure of meeting her now future husband, Peter aka Bob, the son of Colin and Lorna Gardner, at a traditional South African Braai in Dubai.
After many adventures together, Bob finally dropped a knee on a remote island in Malaysia. His perfectly seasoned lamb loin chops and marinated steaks clearly had a lasting impression on Becky, as she quickly said "YES", much to Bob's surprise :)
Thailand is a very special place for this couple which is why they settled on a Thai beach wedding. The couple cannot wait to share a relaxing holiday and wedding with all their close friends and family.
The Maid of Honour
This beautiful lady is Becky’s older sister and best friend of 27 years. Emma is a massive inspiration and a role model for Becky.
Emma has the patience of a saint as she has had to endure years of Becky's stubbornness and chattiness growing up, nights out and on their travels and holidays.
Becky and Emma have a strong bond and it was an absolute privilege for Becky to ask Emma to be her Maid of Honour.
The Best Man
Rostin, the man/boy that Peter first met back in 1989, aged 4, has been Peter's best friend since day 1. They are both undecided if it's because they actually enjoy each others company or if it's just that they were each other's first friend.
Rostin's loyalty knows no bounds and has stuck by Peter's side despite being bullied and teased by Peter at Play School, Pre-School, Primary School, High School, University and now in England.
It was a no-brainer for Peter to allow Rostin to finally get his revenge with the Best Man responsibilities.
The Page "Men" and Bridesmaids
Zak and Sam
These two are Becky's twin Brother's, Zak and Sam! These crazy cats are the life and soul of any party. Zak is a page "man" and will be walking the Maid of Honour down the aisle, and Becky has the honour of Sam walking/dancing her down the aisle.
Millie
This gorgeous lady is Becky’s oldest younger sister Millie! She is growing into a fabulous young lady, who is kind and caring to everyone she meets. Millie loves a good dance move on the dance floor :) just look out for the bridesmaid with striking eyes.
Jess
This lovely lady is Becky's future niece, Jessica :) Just like a "much younger" version of her Uncle Pete, Jess has an intense passion for swimming, keep an eye out for Jess in the Thai sea or hotel swimming pool. Jess has the cutest smile and the kindest heart! This future Olympian is the only bridesmaid representing team South Africa!
Maisie
This little star is Becky’s younger sister Maise. She is the other half of the fabulous sister twins! Maisie and Becky share the same love of sewing, if you see any handmade cushions scattered across the beach you’ll know who has made them :) She was a fabulous bridesmaid for Emma, that’s why she is an essential part of the wedding party.
Rosie
This cutie pie is Becky’s younger sister Rosie. She is the other half of the fabulous sister twins! Rosie and Becky have the same obsession with leopard print, so after Becky is married, Rosie will inherit all of Becky’s leopard print things! We can’t wait for her to be walking down the aisle with Becky!
Seren
This little pocket rocket is Becky’s step-sister Seren. The youngest out of all the Bridesmaids, we are extremely grateful to have her as an addition to our extra large family. If any you are looking for a dance partner or a dance off this is the lady you need to find, which is exactly why she is one of our bridesmaids.
The Groomsmen
Andrew and James
Team Gardner aka Father & Son Team 1, consisting of Peter's older "more mature" brother, Andrew, and his son James.
Andrew has always been a role model and good influence to Peter, especially that time he bought him and his friends that dodgy vodka when they were just 15 years old. Peter hopes to return the favour and be a great influence to his son James in a few years time.
Peter's oldest nephew, James has an incredible sense of humour, a rising comedian with his own Youtube Channel, see it here.
We can't wait for them to be standing by our side on the big day.
Wesley, Jason and Adam
Team Stoltz aka Father and Son Team 2, consisting of Peter's brother-in-law Wesley, and his two son's, Jason and Adam.
Wez is a bonus extra brother to Peter, he has been part of the family for over two decades. Like Andrew, Wez has also been a great influence and role model - Peter has vivid (blank) childhood memories with Wez of all those fun nights in the Morgan Bay Bar. Peter cannot wait to pass along the Gardner/Stoltz traditions to Jason and Adam.
Gent's keep an eye on Peter's youngest nephews Jason (aka Jay-Jay) and Adam (aka Mini Bob), these talkative charmers will be keen on stealing your lady. When they not chatting up the ladies these two can be found supervising the ground staff or waiters.
